Swimming my way into the new year 🧜🏼♀️
Last day of 2019 and last day of the decade. Here's 1 photo per year since 2010 when I raced my first Quebec Games. ✨
Merry Christmas 💕
The first photo was taken this morning at Kawana parkrun.
Last year was definitely a struggle when exactly 1 year ago I got probably my biggest injury so far. Spending almost 2 months in a moon booth and part of that time also on crutches. I learned a lot through out my time injured but also in the whole process of getting healthy and getting back to fitness. I'm happy to now be healthy and gaining a lot of fitness towards the 2020 fitness.

Life is a beach enjoy the waves. 🌊
Be kind to unkind people. They need it the most. 🙌
Back in Hong Kong 🇭🇰. Definitely missed them 👯♀️, training 🚴🏼♀️ and sunrise 🌅 in my off season.
A year that I would love to forget. Injury, crash, bad luck and simply bad racing on my part.
I still have to thank everyone that believes in me and supports me. It's a long process so it's time to reset and head to a healthy (🤞) 2020.
It felt like a wavy endless pool but I can't say I didn't enjoyed that swim course. 🌊🐠
Last one of the season in Miyazaki tomorrow.
A bad swim had me play catch up at the beginning of the bike and unfortunately I forgot to bring my running legs to Tongyeong. Hard day, but eyes on next weekend's Miyazaki @worldtriathlon .
Shout out to my @hktriathlon teammate @bbbhk_ for a solid race and a sprint finish. Your future is bright 😘
If someone told me before the race I could get 4th place I would have been really happy given the depth of the field. Unfortunately, getting 4th place on a sprint finish for bronze doesn't feel as good. Chocolate medal for me yesterday in Osaka Castle continental cup. 🍫🏅
Great job to the Canadians 🍁
How it feels to be back in the hot and humid weather 🔥🌡
It's time to go back to Hong Kong to finish getting ready for the late season races. Thank you Europe!
Time trial for breakfast 🍴
